Profile: David Nelson-Gal

As Interwoven Senior Vice President of Engineering, David is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's worldwide engineering team.

He has more than 20 years' engineering experience in the areas on software development, data center automation, clustering, and Java development, as well as leadership expertise.

Prior to joining Interwoven, he was Vice President of Software Engineering at Sun Microsystems, where he played an integral role in the company's technology innovation. Prior to Sun, he led operating systems development at Ready Systems.

He holds a BS and MS in computer science from the University of Michigan.
