Jacob is Research Manager at Grey Synchronised Partners.

Jacob Hancke is formerly web manager at Copenhagen Airports, and has been working as usability consultant through out the last seven years.

He is widely known for his weekly usability column in Berlingske Tidende called Styrkeprøven, for several usability handbooks and for his ever more active role as moderator and speaker at Internet related conferences.
