Presentation: Content Management Organisation

Wednesday, November 9th, 11.00

Track: Web communication

Case: DSB

One of the benefits of a CMS is decentralising, i.e. that many users are individually responsible for maintenance of content. But in a big organisation it might be a challenge to secure this maintenance when the content producers are located in very different parts of the organisation.

If you want to secure high quality, both in design and other content, you might want to keep some of the production centralised.

Main topics:

  • How to coordinate content in a big organisation
  • Why you should teach your colleagues even though you can do it much easier yourself
