Nils Lau FrederiksenProfile: Nils Lau Frederiksen

 

Nils is QA manager at IBM Service Delivery Denmark.

 

In this role he is reponsible for data- and document management. To support this they have implemented a content management system (domino.doc) and an IBM portal to managing and viewing these data and documents in a structured way.

 

Nils was a part of the project that completed an ISO9001 certification at a Danish IT-company in 1991.
