Profile: Nomi Skovgaard
Nomi is an an experienced manager, who has fulfilled a large range of successful projects and management achievements in such diverse areas as IT projects and ISO certification tasks.
Her main competencies are within general management, service and process optimization, communication and change management.
Recently Nomi has been the project manager of Novozymes global intranet project with specific responsibility for functionality and change management. This project was finalized in June 2005 and is now transferred to operation by the communications department. The aim was to build a global intranet for 4000 employees and at the same time shut down 170 local homepages/sites.
Her present responsibility is head of a new change management process in a staff function.
