Presentation: How to ensure that content is managed continually
Wednesday, November 9th, 11.00
Track: Web communication
Case: Nycomed
In a content management organisation there will often be Content Managers whose main responsibility is not to manage content on web sites but to do all sorts of other things. To steer their content in a direction that allows their web site to flourish is a big and often overwhelming task. In the process of dealing with this I've discovered some ways that I will demonstrate for discussion.
Main topics:
- Maintaining good information architecture on local web sites
- Evaluating quality of content locally as preparation for improvements and
the benefits of doing so
