During the event you have to join in social events and explore more of Aarhus together with other attendants.

This is your opportunity to network with the speakers and experts from around the world who have travelled to Aarhus to share their experiences and assist in solving your challenges!

Danish evening

Tuesday, November 8th, 18.00

On the evening of tutorial day everybody who has picked up their badge and arrived in Aarhus are welcome to join us for an informal evening in a nice setting with local cuisine.

This event takes place at Café Hack inside Aarhus Teater.

Conference party

Wednesday, November 9th, 18.30

All participants and speakers are invited to a conference dinner with food, bar and entertainment. This is quite a popular party!

The party is free of charge for conference participants and takes place at Voxhall.
